I was able to participate in the ARRL Frequency Measuring Test
(http://fmt.arrl.org/) once again.  I barely made it this time; driving into the
garage 1 minute before the call up began.

There were two stations, K5CM and W8RKO, each transmitting on three different
bands (30, 40 and 80 meters) to measure. Measuring either station on all three
frequencies with less than a 1 Hz error gets you into the coveted "Green Box."
I managed to qualify with each station.  See: http://fmt.arrl.org/fmtcurresults.php

Perhaps coinciding with the ongoing "propagation" discussion there was
significant Doppler (~1 Hz) and amplitude (25 dB) variation on several of the
signals, along with some intentional QRM and some nearby digital signals on
K5CM's 80-meter signal.  All of this degrades accuracy so my results are pretty
remarkable.
