In an ARRL Letter last month

joint venture of HAARP and NASA 
(https://www.nasa.gov/feature/goddard/2022/sun/in-cold-polar-skies-nasa-rocket-will-watch-aurora-turn-up-the-heat).

I signed up for text message warnings about launches.  On 3/30 a launch mission 
was scheduled but scrubbed because of high winds at the launch site.  I did, 
however, copy the HAARP transmission on 6.8 MHz.  It was S9+ pulsed signal and 
spread over a wide band. Pretty strong for a signal beamed straight up.  I was 
juggling things and didn't get to record it for analysis.

This morning @5:33 (local) I got a text which I didn't see in time and they did 
fire the two rockets.  I saw no mention of HAARP, tho.
