[SADXA] 17m long path

I've been monitoring the NCDXF beacons on 17m for the last few days. I 
see that 4X6TU was coming in *long path *on 17m between about 02:00 and 
03:00 UTC yesterday evening.  Yesterday it was also coming in strongly 
on short path between about 15:00 and 21:00 UTC.  I don't have a 
steerable antenna, but I use the program Faros, which measures the 
propagation delay from each beacon to distinguish between LP and SP. 
(There's about 55 ms difference in the SP and LP propagation times from 
4X to here.) It's good to see 17m working so nicely.
