Some of you might have seen this already.

This would be across the street from me and only 1000 feet from Saguaro NP.  
Historically, a land speculator overpaid for this property in 2007, platted it 
for 48 homes on one-acre parcels (per zoning) left considerable open space (per 
the Saguaro Park Buffer Overlay Zone) and then the market tanked.  Now he's 
trying to recover on the backs of the people living here, who conform to the 
existing zoning.

Since it negatively affects the park experience with traffic, noise and light 
pollution _anyone_ can talk to their Supervisor and express concerns.
