I've worked them three years ago so gave up on him and went to 160 and worked 
S9OK on FT8.  Also have them on CW.

Now have S9OK on 26 slots.  Could have worked another, 60 meter FT-4, but I have 
this archaic idea that you should stay in band and he wasn't "listening" in our 
channel.  Others weren't so picky and moved up out of our assignment to work him.
