You can watch the sun flaring in near real time at 38 MHz ( 
https://leo.phys.unm.edu/~lwa/lwatv.html ) and 30 MHz ( 
https://leo.phys.unm.edu/~lwa/lwatv2.html ).  These all-sky radio images 
are updated about once every 10 seconds.
