This QSO was much easier to make.  The 30m QSO was with a low dipole and 
took over an hour to make.  This one on 40 was with a 2-element Yagi, 
and it took only about 10 minutes to break through.

As on 30 he's running two transmit streams but not using Fox and Hound 
mode.  A giveaway is that he's transmitting on the odd time slice 
instead of the even (Fox) one.  Nevertheless there are several people 
calling him using F&H mode, which forces them to transmit on the odd 
time slice as well.  Of course they'll never be heard.
