[SADXA] Windows 11 Update

I believe that WIN11 has a new method of authenticating software that is
running on your machine. The system uses a chip on the M/B. So to run
WIN11 you need that chip but most M/Bs don't have the socket for the chip
so you get to buy a new M/B. Enforced obsolescence.
