Your email client murders the formatting here.  That said, glad you finally 
figured it out.

He was on 60-meter CW earlier on 5360 which is out of our band and listening up 
which is further out of band.  Didn't stop some lids from calling and working 
him however.  I could have used the slot but I want to do it legally.  This has 
been a recurring issue with them.
