[SADXA] 12m FT4 open to Fiji Islands

I've sent my last $$ to Dom.  I sent him an extra $15 for 3D2CR cards, but his 
Bouvet thing is never going to happen.  I have donated to 3Y0J and I don't even 
need Bouvet for an ATNO.

3D2ZK was doing the FT4 triband thing last night and the signal levels were 
suspiciously strong.  So much so, I could see their 1 KHz spurs over the whole 
passband, except on 10 meters where they were weaker.  They must have had that 
saltwater ground.
