[SADXA] 12m FT4 open to Fiji Islands

The problems with this operation are: 1) they're deaf  and 2) they don't log 
correctly.  Only one of my three QSOs are shown in Clublog.  I had to write to 
them before to get a 40-meter Q to show, but this time I'm not going to bother.  
I'm not playing anymore.
