I've kept up my G3SYS call, which I've had since 1964.  That means I get 
occasional emails (a couple of times a year) from OFCOM, the UK 
equivalent of the FCC.  The Welsh nationalists are evidently quite 
outspoken in the UK, and all the OFCOM messages are now sent in both 
languages, English and Welsh.  I received this, this morning:

I won't trouble you with the English version.  It wasn't very interesting.

I have worked the occasional GW station from here, but so far never in 
Welsh.
