[SADXA] LP open to VK on 20M

Thanks, a huge pile by the time I got on.  He was 59+ but down to S8 when I 
finally got through.  I still have to sort out this new radio on SSB.  I was 
hearing everyone who called him including a guy in San Diego and one in Prescott.
