VQ9, CHAGOS ISLAND (Update to OPDX.1498). Randy, WW6RG, informs OPDX
that his Diego Garcia operation has been canceled. He states, "They
have just changed their Covid-19 restrictions and we cannot leave our
Base Housing. Which will make setting up my equipment impossible. Hope-
fully will be back out to another International location by mid March."

ZOOM PRESENTATION (Understanding and Applying Solar Indices). Bob, W9EWZ,
President of the Madison DX Club, announces that the Madison DX Club
