Thanks Larry for listening.
I keep listening as well. Best time is between SN and SN+1Hr.
In past weeks, the SSN was 12 and FLUX was 80, and I heard the 1, and 2, 3s and 4s.
Our 40m Solar Noon (SN) DX Challenge Window is SN +/- 1 Hr.
Today, SN is about 1920z, or 12:20pm.
Darrel AA7FV WSPR data of Dec. 18th, showed no DX in the SN Window, but did show the easterly paths.
We are waiting for the Solar Indices to settle downward.
BTW, DEC 21 is the Croatian CW DX Contest. The BIG GUNS will be up (their time) at SN our time calling CQ on 40m. Only game in town for them at that hour.
We learned of this in 2019 Dec Solstice when we worked a total of about 10 40m SN EU DX Contacts.

Well so far today 40M is a bust as far as any DX goes. About the farthest i have heard on WSPR was an EM89 station in southern Ohio. Mostly stations on the west coast and distances less than 800 miles.
10M opened up to Alaska though a bit ago with nice strong signals from Fairbanks and 12M has had quite a bit of activity as well.
We'll keep watching the screen on 40 though.
