The results of the latest ARRL Frequency Measurement Test are in:

This year was really complicated.  Two stations, each transmitting on three 
different frequencies, with only one minute of key down time to measure.  To 
make the green box, one had to measure each to less than 1 Hz accuracy.  My 
worst case was 0.26 Hz on a signal that was being clobbered by some digital 
station transmitting a mode I've never heard before.
