[SADXA] [K7RST] ARIZONA QSO PARTY - LETS THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX FOR A MINUTE

Current paradigm:
Contesting is about points.
More operators on air... more points.
That is why they are mainly on weekends.
Age of the operators is irrelevant in typical contesting.

So to add an age bias to a contest, you have to incentivise with a point
bias.... why... contesting is about points.

If you want an age biased contest, then introduce an age bias into the
scoring.
Point biasing in contests is a defacto standard... look at all of the
various categories... each category is a form of point biasing.

If you want a senior point biasing, try a linear multiplier for age.
If you want a youth point biasing, try a reciprocal multiplier for age.
