Subject: [SADXA] Frequency Measurement Tests

As I have mentioned before, I've taken an interest in precision frequency
measurement.  The ARRL sponsors two FMTs each year.  For these Connie, K5CM,

transmits the unknown frequencies and publishes (after the test) the
frequencies
as he sent them.

After some prodding from participants who didn't want to wait 6 months for
the
next test, Connie has agreed to run some "unofficial" tests.  The first of
these
will be this Thursday (local time).  See k5cm.com for more info.  Break out
those 100 KHz crystal calibrators or Cesium-beam atomic standards and join
the fun.
