For those of you who remember him, Danny Weil who was a floating DX'r 
who traveled
the world in a sail boat and was an avid ham op running AM.  This was in 
the late 50's and early 60's.

There is a memorial operation using his callsign in the British Virgin 
Islands at this time.
They are currently on 14090 F/h mode. There was also a big write up in 
CQ i think it was back then
that covered his travels.  I probably have some of those issues here still.

Work him before March 15 as i think his call goes silent at that time.
