I buy used.  Otherwise, maybe Costco.

My source, although they are mostly closed these days is the 3000 Club on 22nd 
just west of Swan. They are a glorified thrift shop that gets donated equipment, 
mostly HP or Lenovo.  They have a retired IBM guy (Chuck) that tunes them up and 
installs Win10-Pro.  I bought 1 tablet, 1 laptop and 3 desktops from them over 
the years.
