[SADXA] Correction: Field Day NTS Messaging

Correction: The ATEN (AZ Traffic & Emergency Net) meets on 3986 kHz at 7:00 P.M. (AZ Time), 5:30 beginning in the fall.

OI will accept NTS traffic on the Daily Arizona Weather Net (DAWN) from 4:00-4:30 P.M. on the Wildflower Mountain Repeater (K7KYC) on 145.350 and 445.350 (Phoenix and Wilhoit), all with 162.2 PL.
