[SADXA] Pirate activity for 3B8FA

Larry, Pat sent me another email a couple of hours ago, saying that the
pirate started with CW QSOs and he sees now that the operator has also
branched out to FT8 as well.
My previous QSL experience with Pat shows that he generally replies via
LotW within about a week of a QSO. If you've got an LotW contact that's
remained unconfirmed for a month or more, it just might be with that
Slim as well.
