That's an interesting video, Darrel.  The drone footage at the beginning 
of the video shows the cables snapping one by one.  It's hard to tell 
but it looks like there was a good deal of corrosion that was evident 
under the paint.  The paint seemed to turn to dust just before each 
cable snapped.
