[SADXA] GPS disciplined oscillators

I have one of these

It has some slow phase meandering that it I did not expect and the output has a DC bias (easy to fix). The stated accuracy is only obtained over a long average.
It has a UBLOX GPS module which is very sensitive and a OSCILLOQUARTZ oscillator.  I expected a better.
