Thanks for the tip, Wes.  I checked out his web page just now.  His 
message about his temporary suspension of QSLing doesn't really 
discourage me.  It just means to me that he'll be slower than usual.If 
my past experience with his QSL habits is any guide, he'll send his card 
eventually.

So I'm sending him an SASE for yesterday's 12m QSO sometime later this 
week.  If I don't mail my card to him, he'll never send me one anyway.  
All I'm risking is a card, two envelopes, and a couple of postage 
stamps.  It's a cheap bet to make.
