[SADXA] T30L on 3.523 CW

This morning there was a new sense of urgency among those in the pileup 
that hasn't been there before.  Since the T30L crew is across the 
international date line, their published operating schedule has to be 
interpreted accordingly.  Most of the pileup participants know this and 
that knowledge is contributing to their increased anxiety.
