If you're having trouble working T30L, try varying the times and bands a
bit.  Here is my QSO information for reference purposes.  If these guys
stay on schedule, you should be able to catch them when their signals
are peaking in the three days that are remaining.

1.  9/6/2019 @ 2344Z - 20m FT8

2.  9/9/19 @ 0146Z - 20m CW

3.  9/9/19 @ 0410 - 15m CW

4.  9/9/19 @ 0435 - 20m FT8*

5.  9/9/19 @ 0453 - 17m CW

6.  9/9/19 @ 1521 - 40m FT8

7.  9/10/19 @ 0802 - 160m FT8

8.  9/11/19 @ 0508 - 30m CW

9.  9/11 @ 1241 - 160m CW

10.  9/12 @ 0203 - 15m FT8

11.  9/12 @ 0302 30m FT8

12. 9/12 @ 0341 - 17m FT8

13.  9/12 @ 1123 - 80m FT8

* Note: NIL at first. Their log update was delayed, so I worked them
again for an insurance QSO.  Then the 1st QSO finally appeared, creating
a dupe situation.

There are QSO clusters around 0000Z through 0500Z, and 1100Z through
1530Z.  That's when the best HF propagation has been occurring between
Western Kiribati and Tucson.  Try these bands around those times and see
if the propagation isn't working in your favor.
