[SADXA] ZK3A on 28.485 SSB

I worked them (and spotted them here) on 12-meter CW when they were just coming
out of the noise @2258Z. At 2312Z I heard and worked them on SSB, again under
marginal condx. I kept listening and they built way up. I even "spotted" them
with the comment that they should try 10-meters. Prop software said it should be
good. But they waited too long, IMHO, and when they did get on, I was eating
dinner. Oh well, it's just a hobby, not a job.
