[SADXA] TX7T @ 7.024 Not a lot of takers

I worked him @ 0421 there.  I happened to be at the right spot and right 
time

Wednesday and got him on SSB @ 0400 on 40.

Went to bed early last night so if he was on 80 CW, i missed him, DRAT!

At least i added a new band for his QTH.
