[SADXA] New radio: the Elecraft K4

I have exercised one of the no-money-down reservations.  I wouldn't hold my 
breath that they will meet year-end deliveries and if they do there will be 
lotsa bugs.  So I would guess my reservation might be good for a delivery a year 
from now, at which time a lot more will be known about them.

I am still eyeing a TS-890 in the meantime but with the current state of 
propagation and the trend to FT-8, I'm not sure a new radio is in the cards anyway.
