[SADXA] New radio: the Elecraft K4

It's too late for the annual Sherwood transceiver tests, but Elecraft 
has just announced the new K4 transceiver, in three variations.  They 
call it a High-Performance Direct Sampling SDR transceiver, scheduled 
for a December delivery time frame.  Many details (but no test 
measurements) and a pre-order form are on their web site.  If you get in 
the queue be prepared to shell a goodly amount of bucks, between $3500 
to $4700, depending on the radio's configuration. There is a "no money 
down" reservation option as well.
