[SADXA] 10 meters is open

Six was open too.  Unfortunately, I discovered I have a (relatively) new 
neighbor, WA7XX, about 2 miles away who is a VHF Op and EMEer.  Totally wiped 
out about 40 kHz of 6.

I had just been thinking in the last couple of days about getting back on EME  
to complete 2-meter DXCC.  This might change my mind.  OTOH, it might change his 
mind.
