[SADXA] 10m and up activity -- today

There is 10m Activity this morning. 

I checked the Sporadic Es foEs data in Austin, on Austin's sounding site. 

At 1700z the foEs was 7.3 MHz and the foEs chart tails were out to 8 MHz.

Using an M factor of about 6 for Es height, and a 10% correction factor, the
EsMUF should be 48 MHz to 52.8 MHz.  Thus 10m should be active and 6m will
likely be opening due to Sporadic Es. 

Observation wise, 10m is active with FT8 signals, and many 28200-300 kHz
beacon signals and some SSB signals, but no CW signals.
