[SADXA] DX Spot

This operator is having trouble controlling the pileup.  I'd suggest 
that you work the DXpedition on some other bands first.  Then come back 
to 30m. We all might have to wait until tomorrow.  Perhaps we'll get a 
better CW operator.

5V7EI is booming in on 20m CW and also on FT8 right now.  It's worth a 
try to get them there.
