[SADXA] Fickle path on 17M

Well whether they are meaningful or not, they are a reference.  I would 
suggest tho that K1JT has, buried in his paperwork just how relevant 
those numbers are and whether they are a 1 for 1 meaning each number 
relates to a Db, i don't know.  But i do like to use them for signal 
comparison as to who i might work and who is beyond working.  So to me 
they are meaningful.
