[SADXA] Need help locating the right antenna installer, please.

Here is my problem, and I am hoping someone can point me toward the right person. My first attempt to get my hex beam up on a 40 foot push-up mast ended in catastrophic failure when the mast broke in two due to a gust of wind (and not enough people on guy ropes) just it was raised to the 40 ft. point.  Hex beam suffered significant damage in the process. I have repaired the hex beam and purchased a new Rohn push-up mast and don’t want to repeat that failure a second time.

So my new plan is to put the mast in place at the support post without the hex beam on top, guy the mast at all appropriate points and then, hire someone with a cherry picker or bucket truck to haul the beam up and lock it appropriately into place at the top if the mast. 

I need assistance in locating the appropriate person with the right equipment to do this work.  If any of you have suggestions, I would welcome hearing from you.  Or, if you think you might be able to suggest a better plan, I would be open to those suggestions also.
