[SADXA] T31EU on 10.136 Mhz FT8

I see that the Central Kiribati station is once again on FT8 30m. I worked them here as normal FT8 not F&H. I have chased after XX9D, but they are even more elusive then a fox and hound. I have a list of F&H suggested frequencies that have been used in the recent past and I wish that they could follow these, 3.567, 7.056, 10.131,14.090, 18.095, 21.091 and 28.091 or give us a list of those freq's they wish to use. I have also asked the WSJT-X people to provide a method to inform use when a station is operating F&H so we don't have to guess. A little asterisk (*) or something in their CQ would go a long way to informing us of F&H operation!
