[SADXA] EM1UA on 18.100 FT8 Antarctica or Ukraine?

Dennis, I worked him a couple of days ago.  When I loaded the QSO into 
ClubLog I listed it as Antarctica and their DXCC entity filter passed it 
through without complaint.  If there were a problem with the location, 
ClubLog would have told me.  So let's assume that it's a Ukrainian 
operating from Antarctica.
