[SADXA] V84SSA on 17m FT8

I've finally cleared the decks and am able to pursue the Brunei 
DXPedition.  Just got them on 17m FT8, in "Fox and Hound" mode, so I'm 
now in the race.  At -07 they're moderately strong.  They're also 
running three transmit threads, which I've never seen before.  The team 
is working mostly JA's but every W station I've heard has been able to 
get them on the first call.
