I had old callbook information on 8P9CA. The latest info, as posted on NG3K's "Announced DX Operations" web site is that the 2019 operation is by KB8YRX and not JR2BEF. It looks like the 8P9CA call was reissued. The current operation is said to use LotW to confirm QSOs. Jim W9FI
