[SADXA] CY9C OQRS now open

Wes, I believe you can pick and choose among the QSOs.  Don't make a
selection regarding any particular QSO and when you go to confirm the
rest of them on the next screen it shouldn't be there.  Still it seems
like a moot point to me.  Since confirmation of the first QSO is $4.50
and all of the rest of them are free, just check them all even if it
means duplicating the confirmation of the 2016 QSOs.  All it means is
there will be extra QSO lines on the QSL card, or duplicate LotW
confirmation records.

I'm getting five new band fills this time around, so that's only 50
cents per QSO.  Throw in the other five confirmations from 2016 and
they're a quarter a piece.  Everyone has their own threshold of
tolerance, but for me OQRS is economically more viable than QSL cards
and an SASE. As long as the LotW confirmations show up, I don't even
care if a card ever arrives or not.

On your other topic, even FT8 didn't help them over here on 15m and
above and on 160.  With the Catalinas and Rincons being between me and
St. Paul island, the mountains knocked down the signals to the point
where CW was useless and even FT8 wasn't reliable enough copy to make
QSOs on some bands.  The only way I got them on 80 was via FT8.  Their
CW signal on that band was buried deeply enough into the QRN as to make
it unreadable.  On 10, 12, 15, or 160 neither their signals nor their
pileups were detectable on any mode.  On 80, 40, and 30, only FT8 got
deep enough into the noise to pull out a CY9 signal at this QTH.  So my
opinion is to forget about tradition and bring on more FT8 DXpeditions.
