[SADXA] C5DL on 80m FT8

They're calling CQ and working Europeans only.  3.580 MHz with a 300Hz 
offset from the baseline frequency.  Fox and Hound mode FT8.  Reasonably 
strong signal, varying from -08 to -10, but they're only transmitting 
intermittently.  Nobody on this side of the Atlantic has gotten through 
so far, including several strong east coast stations. Maybe you'll have 
some success where the others haven't.
