[SADXA] VP6D Logging

DXA is an extract of the log. If it's not in the log then it's not in
DXA (unless we lost a log file, which we haven't).

Our mistake was using DXA and only uploading the official log once per
day, last time that will happen.

The 160 dot on DXA was not lit last night, which means that the 160 station was not logging real-time even though it was active. The 10 meter contact was there last night. The 10 and 160 are still not in the online log, but both are in DXA this morning. I have Ducie confirmed on CW on all bands except 30, 12, and 6.
