Good to see you as well.

Actually, we didn't enjoy the concert all that much.  Herbie Hancock is a great 
musician but he went off on a synthesized, far out cacophony for all but one 
near standard of his.  As I told Annette it sounded like 5 teenagers with 
synthesizers got together in a garage and made noise.  Plus, it was too loud.

Contrast that to the concert we saw last night at the Fox Theater.  (We're 
members so get a chance to purchase tickets before the general public.  When the 
concert was announced months ago, I was on the computer ready to pounce the 
minute sales opened.  I got front row-center.)  The artist was Chris Botti and 
he and his group were fabulous.  I've known of him for some time but he was new 
to Annette and she was really impressed.
