[SADXA] Clarification Needed

That caveat on the sign-up page
has been their since the Reflector
was set up.

However, the Moderator (whoever
that is) has the final say on who
can get on the reflector.

You can try to change the words
on the qth.net/mailman page, just
hope it's not as hard as changing
something on Yahoo !!
