[SADXA] Rain

Until yesterday I had received 3.4 inches of rain for the year. I got 3.07 
yesterday in an hour and one-half.  I have a little wash across the road and my 
property.  It was a torrent. I can get out in my 4X4 but the cars will have to 
wait.  The cables out to the tower cross this but were elevated a little a 
little, now they're elevated more and are no longer a straight run.  The base of 
the 160 vertical is covered in debris.

My patio is all bricked, except where a mature saguaro and Ironwood tree reside 
and I had a 8' X 12" oval tree well constructed.  This is about 14" deep and 
unless we take him out for a walk, is the dogs toilet area.  It was completely 
full of water when the poor dog went out after the rain subsided to do his 
thing.  He hesitated at the edge a few seconds, and not knowing any better, 
jumped in as he normally does. He's a little dog and was completely submerged. 
He managed to get out and I had to carry him through the house, get him leashed 
and take him outside.  Then I had to give him a bath.

Picture Rocks Road into town is strewn with rocks and debris and was clearly 
impassible during the storm.  I'm a rainlog.org reporter and while it's still 
early there are enough reports to see just how localized this was.  Someone near 
WA7NB southwest of me. reported only 0.1"
