[SADXA] Draft 1 of the new DX Ladder will be out soon

The new version of the SADXA DX Ladder is just about ready for 
publication.  My thanks to everybody who gave me their current-entity 
DXCC numbers.  There are still a couple of stations with missing 
information, so please update your records with current totals and send 
them to me if you haven't done so yet.

The new ladder will be up on the web site in a few days.
