Now that we've decided at yesterday's meeting on how to measure our DXCC
scores, revised figures probably will be needed from just about
everybody on the DX Ladder.

Here's what happened, for those who weren't there.  The members decided
to include both pending LotW credits and officially-issued DXCC
credits.  The Ladder's old "Total" category will be replaced by the
DXCC's/LotW's "Total(All)" figure.  The Ladder's "SSB" category title
will be replaced by DXCC's "Phone" title.  This makes the Ladder
category consistent with the DXCC award's title.   A "DXCC Challenge"
column will be added.  This will accommodate those who track this award.
All of the other band and mode totals will remain as is, except for
"60m", which will be moved to the right hand side of the spreadsheet.
If anybody has some 70cm or higher credits, the appropriate column will
be added to the DX adder as soon as somebody reports a score.  The list
itself will be sorted in the order of the "Mixed" totals, from high to low.

Many of the DX Ladder entries probably will bounce around for several
weeks as people send their scores in for data entry.  At a minimum I'll
need a set of Mixed scores (and probably Challenge scores, if you're
tracking this award) for those who are on the list.  More than likely
everyone's subtotals have increased as well, due to the change in how
these are now counted.  So I'll need a new set of statistics from those
whose totals have changed.  Let me know what changes to make.

If any SADXA member isn't in the DX Ladder and wants to be included, now
also would be a great time to get added to the spreadsheet.

Thanks and 73, Jim  W9FI
