[SADXA] LotW "DXCC Credits Awarded" vs. "Total (All)"?

Personally, I count 'em, since I'm just a credit card number away from having 
them "verified" using Clublog jargon.  I also have paper QSLs that should count, 
however, I don't count them since they can always be rejected or I could lose 
them before chancing onto a card checker.
