[SADXA] LotW "DXCC Credits Awarded" vs. "Total (All)"?

One of our members brings up an interesting question.  Most of us use 
LotW and at any point in time there are probably several "New LotW QSLs" 
that have been granted for QSOs that have been matched electronically.  
They're queued up, ready to be credited whenever the member files 
his/her next LotW endorsement update.  In the "Account Status" screen 
they show up in the "Total (All)" column, but not yet in the "DXCC 
Credits Awarded" column.

Up until now I've been using the Credits Awarded information to populate 
the DX Ladder numbers.  What do you all think about using the "DXCC 
Credits Awarded" plus the "New LotW QSLs" as our DX Ladder totals, 
instead of just the DXCC Credits Awarded?  On the one hand these are 
credits in the bag.  But on the other hand they won't show in the 
official "DXCC Standings" listings that are published by the ARRL DXCC 
staff.  They won't until after the official endorsement application is 
filed.

Who's in favor of one vs. the other, and why?
